 This was my first painting done outside in real life … Was more fun than I thought it would be talking to strangers while painting.

  1. Luscious, but also quite a feeling of transparency and infinity, if that makes any sense (which is of course exactly what attracted Monet to this subject) — my favorite of all your paintings! But I like most of your landscapes (if you can call this one such) — “Tree in the Woods”; “Bay Area Valley View”; “California Scene”; “Meadow Near North Bend” . . . (didn’t post individual comments because of scrolling overhead) . . .
