Paintings can always include a persimmon. Ok, they’re in season so I’ve been eating tons of them.

Didn’t have much time these last few days so just going to do few quick ones.

For this one, I just used a single brush and mixed the colors directly on the canvas.

Today, instead of painting, I dusted off some photoshop and did a study to show the effects of warm/cool colors on skin.

Used some bolder colors on this one.

Worked more on getting the legs warmer…

Tried painting more directly this time.

Moments before I had to scrape it due to an overzealous brush stroke… Just one more little edit… Doh.
